A game of two halves

With Deal & Betts turning up 1 man short it gave the Folkestone lads the opportunity to play players out of position and introduce new blood in the shape of Conor Raine playing his debut game for the Club at prop, he put in a great performance backing up the rest of his pack with a route one performance in the first half.
The second half however after a little discussion at the half time interval, was much more open game with good support and handling the back line started to tally up the points and finish the game off
Full credit to the lads from Deal Betteshanger, not once did their heads go down, giving it all they had, but good defensive play from the Folkestone lads stopped them going over the line at least on 3 or 4 occasions
Good game played by both sides but with tries from
Harry Curtis (3), Will Rayner, Freddie Faiers, Thomas Whelan, James Hughes, and finished off by Hughes with 2 successful conversions, the Folkestone boys went on to gain their third victory of the season 39 v 0
