* Parma ham wrapped chicken stuffed with tomato and basil, served with creamy mash, buttered spinach and wild mushrooms.

* Ratatouille filled sweet potato with baby corn, spinach and cherry tomatoes. (v)

* Chocolate fudge cake with raspberries and cream. (v)

* Mixed berries and cream pavlova with raspberry sauce. (v)
