Folkestone Ladies are a thriving squad of nearly 30 players with three brilliant coaches, playing our rugby at the New Burlington Ground. Since reforming in 2020 we have gone from strength to strength, growing in numbers, building friendships and loving every moment on the pitch!
Last season we stormed through NC3 with just one loss, finishing with a points difference of +470 and securing promotion to NC2 ?

We are proud to be an inclusive and welcoming team where every woman has a place on the pitch. Whatever your age, shape, size or experience, rugby has a role for you. At Folkestone Ladies we work hard, cheer each other on and celebrate every win, whether it is a huge score on a Sunday or someone smashing their very first tackle!

Training and Matches:
We train every Tuesday from 7 to 8:30pm at our home ground, with matches on Sundays kicking off at 2pm. Our facilities include dedicated changing rooms, showers, physio support and four pitches
