2nd training

Wow what another great training day, well done all, Ben, Thomas C, Persil, Ame, and the rest of the green team you all played well and a special well done is to Zi you are making me happy and just please keep it up.

The red team well done also it must have been hard to try and keep up with all the long legged tall pretty boys how’s my hair backs, you just need to keep the line and work as a unit well done.
Wednesday’s night training

This week will be up at the club start at 6.30 till 8 after that we will train every other week at the club
The weeks in-between will be at down at the Astra pitch at Folkestone Academy same times.

The exercise that Ashley went through can be done at home on your own, doing them, it will help to become easier for you in training and in games and will strengthen your core.

The Facebook group is going well lots of the players have joined and I have added more photos on there not only of the team but some I took from Twickenham yesterday. It is a closed group and only can be seen by people who the admin approve to join.

Again I like to welcome our new Coach Simon, and a few new Players, Finn, Max & Joseph, you must have enjoyed it because you came back for more. Also to Persil for returning.
It was also great to see Poppy today and you are more and welcome to train with us when you don’t have a game.
