A GAME OF TWO HALVES

With both sides having players missing it was left up to the rest of the lads to battle it out
The first half was a half that saw the Folkestone lads capitalise on their possession with good support work in the forwards and good handling/passing in the backs it soon brought in tries from: Will Rayner, Dylan Barnes, Brandon Miller-Lesley (2), Freddie Faiers (2), Tom Leather and Captain Ciaran Hughes. With James Hughes converting 3 to bring the half time score to 0-46.
The second half was a different story though, at no point during the game did the home side let their heads drop and constantly came at the Folkestone lads. This was their time and with two well backed up try’s they got their just deserves to bring the score back to 10-46.
Folkestone soon realised they then had to pick up their game resulting in a further 3 tries from Tom Whelan (2), and the last from Freddie Faiers with James Hughes having the last say with the last kick of the game bringing a well fought half to an end and a final score of 10-63.
