A great morning’s work was given by the Folkestone lads
The home side despite being 1 short and players having to play out of their normal positions. They gave it their all, having to put all their training in team and support work into their game. The home side got off to a great start with tries from Will Rayner, James Hughes, Adam Butler & Captain Johnnie Hobbs
Conversions added by James Hughes (2) and Will Rayner, the home side finished the first 20 mins. 31 – 0 up

Next 20 mins saw the Maidstone lads up their own game as they scored with a route 1 try to bring the score back to 31 – 5.
Folkestone then got back into their stride and with tries form Will Rayner and Tiarnan Canning and an extra 2 points from the boot of James Hughes bringing the score up to 43 – 5.

Last 20 minutes saw the home side take full control and with tries from Johnnie Hobbs, James Leather, Will Rayner, Connor O’Brien & Tom Leather and a final 2 points from James Hughes.
The lads finished off a convincing win 70 – 5.
