A loss but an enjoyable game!

We travelled to Old Elthamians with only 13 players, when we asked if they could lend us anyone the response was, not really but we’ll play 13 aside and should you have injuries we’ll help out then. The game was very enjoyable to play in and was played in great spirit. Both teams were made up of very mixed age group of players, ours in particularly, our eldest regular player (would that be Captain Pete White?) along with a 17yr olds first senior game. Yesterday showed that there is still social games to be had and restored faith in two clubs that fairness ( the sharing and agreement to play the same number players against each) is alive. The score by the way was 41 - 10 to them.
