Some good matches with Canterbury RFC on Sunday. All players getting a run out. 20 Folkestone players turned out with a couple missing and Alfie out injured so we need a few more players to get us back up to two teams. There were a huge amount of positives about some very determined play against Canterbury and some good pointers for training. Getting the tackles back down to the right height will be worked on!

Wednesday Training with Ricky is a return to the Folkestone Academy astroturf, starts 1830hrs finishes 2000hrs.

Kitwatch, I believe my bottle collection has been improved by a "Folkestone Academy" bottle, it will join the others for collection.

On Sunday we expect to host Whitstable RFC Under 11s, we will train for an hour and then play matches, we look forward to hosting them.

Now drumroll, Player of the Week this week was a unanimous decision, there were several very good performances but one stood out for a very committed display, tackling well, passing well, very disciplined and continually quick to the breakdown - Tristan Parmenter is player of the week. Well done Tristan!
