As another season comes to a close, I wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to everyone who has played a part in making this one of the most successful and memorable years in the history of Folkestone Rugby Club's Mini & Junior section.

From the very beginning, our focus has been simple: build strong foundations. The future success of any rugby club relies on the foundations laid within its Mini and Junior section, and I genuinely believe our section has never been stronger.

This season we've seen more players, more coaches, more volunteers, more sponsors, more festivals, more opportunities and more smiles than ever before. We've launched a new girls' section, expanded our coaching team, strengthened our links with local schools, delivered rugby sessions across the local community, celebrated School Kent Cup success and continued to grow the game for everyone who becomes part of our rugby family.

But the biggest success isn't measured in trophies, wins or numbers. It's the environment that you have all helped create.

An environment where children can flourish, develop confidence, make lifelong friendships, learn values, overcome challenges and become better people both on and off the pitch.

I have always believed that when good people come together and work hard for a common purpose, great things happen. This season is proof of that.

To every player, parent, guardian, coach, volunteer, sponsor, supporter, committee member and friend of the club , thank you. Your time, effort, energy and belief are what make this special place what it is.

We have achieved a huge amount together, but this is only the beginning.

The future is bright.

Onwards and upwards for the Green and White Army.
