Rich & Scotty

Welcome to Folkestone

Richard Puddy and Scotty Evans arrived at our club this morning. Unfortunately they were met by John Kidson, Bob Jones and Billy Usher. For once Billy was not experiencing his usual bad luck in toilets. Luckily I turned up a few minutes later to save the lads' sanity. The 2 lads were then driven to Mr Frith's farm in Burmarsh where Rich starts work on Tuesday at 7am. I could see Richard's mouth drooling at the thought of being so close to animals again. Meanwhile Scotty continually checked his legs as he has recently shaved them so he looks nice in a dress. He is a back remember so will be warmly welcomed by the FRFC backs who all enjoy wearing women's clothing.
The 2 Kiwis were then taken to a charming pub called the Shepherd & Crook in the village where, despite being called Aussies, they were warmly welcomed by the locals. They then dined on Sausages & Mash. Very high quality sausages making this a must-visit pub for lunch. Despite a couple of horses parked outside Richard managed to leave them alone (this time). Scotty has been very bad and has not phoned his family down in the colonies to say that he has arrived safely in England. So, hopefully his family will see this on the website and know that Scotty is fine and right now is preparing for a night of fun in Folkestone!
To keep their families in touch with what they are up to the 2 Kiwis will have their very own news page on the club website where they will let us all know about Life in Folkestone!!!!!
