Memorial Lunch Celebration
Saturday 21st September - In memory of Joe Edwards and John Lord
Our Vets Captain, Rod Pittam, is proposing to hold a Memorial Lunch in celebration of the lives of two of our late members, Joe Edwards and John Lord. The lunch is to be held in the Club House on Saturday 21st September 2013.
The format of the day is along the lines of one of our infamous VP style lunches and will include a few (short!) speeches, a three course meal and a comedian. The lunch will be followed by a match between Folkestone and Ashford 2’s. A raffle will also take place in support of the Kent Air Ambulance in view of their sterling efforts both on behalf of John and the Club. The cost of the lunch is £15 per head.
