I am still looking for the last few Sponsors of the 1st XV Shirt Numbers (not the actual player) for the three substitutes’ shirts and the Assistant Coach and Physio. Your Name or Company appears on the centre spread of the Match Programme. The money raised goes towards paying for the services of the Physio and any left over will help towards the cost of the two Coaches.
If you or your Company would like to sponsor one of the remaining Numbers or Assistant Coach and Physio please let me know as soon as possible. I go to print with this weeks programme on Thursday evening!
Youth and Mini Coaches do not forget to send in Match Reports and Photographs of games as soon after the games as possible.
Those LVP's still to update their Membership details this season, please can you fill in the attached Membership Form so that we have your up to date contact details, yet again thank you to those that have already sent them in. Once the forms have been checked Jill or Pat will issue you with this Season's Fixture Booklet.

If you have not already done so, please can Members update all your details on our website at www.folkestonerugbyclub.co.uk or register for the first time, being certain to include your e-mail address and other information. You will need to reply to the acknowledgement e-mail so that your e-mail address is validated.
Parents can add their children’s names to their specific age group but you, as the parent will need previously to have joined as a member of the Club, by filling out a Membership Form and paying your subscription at the bar. This is necessary before you can sign up as an online Member so that strangers cannot have access to the Junior teams details and photographs.
An update on the Re-Launch of the 100+ Club, this is going quite well at the moment but only a third of the previous members have set up their Standing Orders. So please can anyone who wants to join or re-join please do so as soon as possible with £5 or multiples of £5 be paid as soon as possible and subsequent payments to be made on the 1st of the month from there on. The October Draw will be at the VP Lunch next Saturday 25th October when we entertain Pulborough. At the present time prizes will be £100, £50 and £25, but I hope that you will all make an effort to join, if you have not already done, so as to increase the winnings.
Those of you that had previous standing orders, please remember to cancel them before setting up the new one, otherwise the payment will still go out to the defunct account and then sent back to your account a day or so later. In actual fact several members have had their Banks phone up or send letters regarding this.
If there are any Parents or Senior Players who want to join the 100+ Club please fill in the attached forms and set up the Standing Orders, it is five pound a month for one number in the draw or multiples of five pound for more numbers. The Prize money is half of the Monthly Income with the other half going to the running of the Club. As they say “you have to be in it to win it!”
There is still a significant number of members from last year who still need to join this season! Thank you to those Members who have already joined this season, remember unless you are members your child RFU ID will not be updated and they will be unable to play in matches and competitions
