Please complete the survey in the link below.

Dear Members,

As part of our ongoing commitment to the RFU Lead up and Legacy Programme, we would appreciate as many of you as possible spending a few minutes completing the online survey (link below). There are only six questions, requiring box ticks. We are expected to continue to review our progress as a club, in order to try and ensure that any future bids for RFU financial support will be successful.

Thanks in anticipation of your help.

RFU Lead Up & Legacy Capital Programme – Quality of Experience Review

I hope your preparations for England 2015 are going well following the development of facilities at the club to develop the site as a Lead Up & Legacy Centre.

Central to your plans will be the club’s Fit for 15 Pledge which provides a platform for a growth in participation and club membership and delivers the following outcomes:

• Growth of players (retention, returning and new) within Legacy Centre communities in the 14-24 age group
• Improved quality of experience for all users of legacy centres
• Improved financial sustainability for legacy centres based upon a wider range of business and social users

With a full season of operation now completed using the new facilities, we are keen to understand the impact at the club.

Below is a link to the six Quality of Experience questions previously completed by club members and users which formed the basis of your Fit for 15 Pledge. As per the terms and conditions of award, I would be grateful if you could invite and encourage members to once again complete the short survey so we can monitor progress.

You will need to select the link, then copy & paste into your search engine.
