A few days ago in a bad mood I sent out a rant to some 1st XV players who didn't bother to respond to texts sent out to them. Quite a few of them were a bit angry and to be fair I did go overboard. One such text was sent to Jack McMurray but tonight the military madman has got back into my good books and earned himself a pint. Jack took less than one minute to respond to a text asking which players are available to play against Canterbury next week. Well done Jack. Hard luck to James Woolford who was just seconds after Jack. But I think Jamesy deserves a pint too. Well done to you both.

Incredibly within a few minutes 11 people have already responded. Only 1 (Moose) said he wasn't available because he is away but at least he responded and he, too, wins a pint. Beer Moose beer.
