CLUB MEMBERSHIP 2016-17 UPDATED!
Membership for the 2016-17 Season falls are now due! Please can ALL Members fill in the attached new 2016-17 Membership Form.
The new 2016-17 Membership Forms are available to download here and under Documents/Application Forms.
Please read the questions carefully and fill in as clearly and thoroughly as possible.
All Adults without playing children (LVP, VP, Social, Senior Player) only need to fill in pages 1 and 2. LVP's we need your contact current details!
Adults with playing children need to fill in pages 1, 2 and 3. (If more than two children please fill in page 3 as necessary.)
Existing Senior Players only: If on an existing Direct Debit that stays in force and you need to make a one off payment of £48 (if DD is £16/m) or £24 (If DD is £10/m) That extra payment can either be paid at the Bar or on a one off DD payment.
ALL NEW SENIOR PLAYERS:
Need to set up a £20 DD on line under Payments on the Club Website
Pay over the Bar £220 BEFORE 1st September or £240 AFTER 31st August.
