Commences Thursday 30th June, 7pm Pitch 4.
(Bring Trainers, Boots, Drink, Protein Shaker).
Followed by Meeting in Clubhouse to discuss Season ahead, 1xv 2xv 3xv Captain selection.
Physio and Gym available from 6.15pm Tues & Thurs throughout pre-season and season.
Make sure you turn up Fit.
